Meg Tiffany is the Agency Director at BrandStar, serving within the Britton Marketing and Design Group division since 2024. Meg attended Indiana University (Fort Wayne Campus) - Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Graphic Design. I believe that my deep background in design has brought a good deal of creativity to my leadership style. It has allowed me to approach challenges with an open and curious mindset, willing to ask tough questions and dig in. With creativity at my core, I’m able to think past traditional solutions and come about them with a different perspective. Meg’s leadership is guided by values such as Respect, Empathy & Compassion, Balance, Ethics, Collaboration. At BrandStar, Meg applies these values by Fostering team culture, developing and mentoring others, strategic agency planning, and cultivating collaboration amongst leaders. Meg is also involved in community initiatives, including Currently, I’m not actively serving any, but in the past I served on the local Ad Fed board as VP of Events, VP of Awards and finally as the chapter President. They actively support causes like My family and I are very passionate nature lovers and we support the National Parks Foundation.
