Jared Koesten is the Chief Human Resources Officer at BrandStar, serving within the Exec division since 2025. Prior to joining BrandStar, Jared worked with VP, Human Resources at Omnicom Group owned Zimmerman Advertising, and as Worldwide Chief Talent Officer at CreativeDrive, which was successfully exited to Accenture Song. Jared attended Florida State University for his Bachelor’s and earned a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology. Jared’s leadership is guided by values such as empathy, respect, creativity, and innovation. At BrandStar, Jared applies these values by building workplaces where employees feel respected, innovation flourishes, and client excellence drives sustained success. He actively supports causes like The Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
