Matt Rutter is the Director, M&A at BrandStar, serving within the Executive division since 2021. Prior to joining BrandStar, Matt worked with a microfinancing business in Eastern Europe and served as CEO of a digital marketing firm. Matt attended Hope College. My education instilled in me a foundation of strategic thinking, ethics, and service. Matt’s leadership is guided by values such as Service, care, redeeming, vision, opportunity, encouragement. At BrandStar, Matt applies these values by leading strategic campaigns, design thinking sessions, and collaborative team meetings. Matt is also involved in community initiatives, including training and supporting entrepreneurs in impoverished regions. They actively support causes like Church, Partners Worldwide, Compassion International.
